Our Kids Fitness Bootcamp Course is a fun and engaging program designed to promote physical activity, health, and wellness among children. Tailored specifically for kids aged 7-16 years old, this course combines structured exercise routines, interactive games, and educational components to instill healthy habits and a love for fitness at a young age.
The Kids Fitness Bootcamp Course aims to improve children's overall fitness levels through a variety of age-appropriate exercises, including cardio, strength training, flexibility, and agility drills. Participants will have the opportunity to work together in team-based activities, fostering cooperation, communication, and sportsmanship among peers. In addition to physical activity, the course includes educational sessions on the importance of healthy eating habits, proper hydration, and balanced nutrition for overall well-being. Through positive reinforcement and encouragement, children will build self-confidence, self-esteem, and a sense of accomplishment as they progress through the course.
The course runs for 7 weeks, with sessions held 3x a week for 90 minutes each. And field-trip activity every Saturday.
Each session includes a warm-up, main workout segment, cool-down, and interactive games to keep children entertained and motivated.
Our experienced and certified fitness instructors specialize in working with children, providing guidance, support, and encouragement throughout the course.
